Hanoi Radio and Television rebroadcasts classic films from various countries, helping many generations of audiences reminisce about beautiful memories from 30 or 40 years ago.
Recently, Hanoi Radio and Television announced the program Films of the past, bringing classic films from many countries such as the former Soviet Union, Italy, Bulgaria, and former Czechoslovakia. The program hopes to bring the audience back to the beautiful memories of the 80s and 90s of the last century.
30, 40 years ago, long-running films were a "specialty", an indispensable spiritual food for Vietnamese audiences. Each episode broadcast on television at that time was eagerly awaited by adults and children. Every night, in every neighborhood, every apartment complex, audiences gathered around black and white televisions, watching each episode with all their passion and excitement.

One of the outstanding classic films is the sweet romantic story in When the Cranes Fly, or the fierce but no less romantic fight against crime of Inspector Catani in the movie Octopus. It is indispensable to have science fiction films such as Maika - the girl who fell from the sky...
Along with that are the films that are loved by many Vietnamese television viewers such as War and Peace , Moscow Does Not Believe in Tears... Previously, the film On Every Kilometer only showed part 1 in Vietnam, but now the audience will be able to watch part 2 of this film.
Not only does the program help 6X and 7X audiences relive memories of the past, it also hopes that today's young generation will understand the value of the difficult and deprived period during the war and the subsidy years.
The movie of a time is scheduled to air at 8pm every day from the end of the month.
