At inspection points in Ngu Hanh Son ward, Dien Ban ward, etc., Colonel Phan Dai Nghia listened to reports on the damage and response efforts of local authorities and functional forces, commending the proactive spirit and readiness of officers, soldiers, and people in dealing with the floods. However, given the complex weather developments, Colonel Phan Dai Nghia requested that units and armed forces under the Military Region stationed in the area continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, strictly implement directives on flood and storm prevention and control; and ensure sufficient personnel and equipment are ready for 24/7 deployment and rescue operations.

Colonel Phan Dai Nghia also requested that units and armed forces under the Military Region proactively assist people in transporting valuable belongings and assets to higher ground, and urgently relocate people in dangerous areas at risk of landslides and deep flooding to safe shelters; closely coordinate with local Party committees and authorities to prepare and promptly provide necessary supplies, ensuring that people do not suffer from hunger or cold, especially in isolated areas. The Military Region will continue to closely coordinate with units of the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security , and local authorities, promoting the "four on-the-spot" principle, and focusing all efforts to respond to the complex flood situation, especially the relocation of people in Da Nang and Quang Ngai. The military region has also prepared logistical plans, food supplies, and other necessities for areas that have been cut off and isolated for extended periods, and has planned to mobilize forces to assist people in overcoming the consequences after the floodwaters recede, with the goal of minimizing damage to people and property.
