Rewarding young man who used tractor to help people overcome flood in Song Luy

On the morning of October 28, Party Secretary of Song Luy Commune (Lam Dong) Thai Thanh Bi said that the locality had rewarded Mr. Nguyen Duy Tan, resident of Hamlet 1, for his act of kindness, voluntarily using a tractor to help people travel safely during the flood.

Previously, due to the impact of heavy rain and floods, on the morning of October 28, the Suoi Nhuom hamlet area, bordering Song Luy and Luong Son communes, was hit by rising floodwaters, cutting off traffic, making it difficult for people to travel.

Faced with that situation, from early morning, Mr. Nguyen Duy Tan (residing in Hamlet 1, Song Luy Commune) did not mind the rain and wind, volunteering to use his tractor to continuously help people move safely across the deeply flooded road section.
