Accordingly, the delegation visited the organic coffee production model of Mr. Y Pốt Niê (Ea Na commune) and the community tourism model of Mr. Y Sôl Sruk (Liên Sơn Lắk commune). These are two typical startup models of ethnic minority youth in the locality, highly appreciated by authorities for their economic efficiency and potential for replication.
These models not only help create jobs and increase income for union members and young people, but also contribute to preserving cultural identity and promoting community tourism potential associated with green and sustainable economic development.

During their visits, the delegation met and exchanged information with young entrepreneurs about the production process, preservation methods, and market outlets for their products; the formation, operation, and management of community tourism models; and the development of distinctive tourism products.
On behalf of the delegation, Deputy Head of the Central Youth Union's Youth Affairs Department, Canh Chi Quan, presented gifts to encourage young entrepreneurs and expressed his hope that they would continue to spread the positive entrepreneurial spirit, share experiences, support each other in production and business, and form a sustainable network of young entrepreneurs.
These models need to play a core role in promoting distinctive products, contributing to the development of community tourism, and building the image of dynamic, creative, and responsible young people in Dak Lak.
