The emulation bloc of the province's special associations includes 14 units: Journalists' Association, Red Cross Association, Lawyers' Association, Union of Science and Technology Associations, Cooperative Union, Association for Promotion of Education, Association of Literature and Arts, Association of the Elderly, Association of Former Youth Volunteers, Association of Oriental Medicine, Association of the Blind, Association of Agent Orange Victims, Association of Architects, Association of Revolutionary Soldiers imprisoned by the enemy. In 2024, the bloc focuses on political and ideological education work associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style to create a vibrant emulation atmosphere, successfully completing the set targets and tasks. Many creative and effective models and methods of the units in the bloc have contributed to promoting the patriotic emulation movement, contributing to the successful implementation of the socio-economic development goals and tasks of the province.
The emulation bloc of the Provincial Special Association summarizes the emulation and reward work in 2024.
In 2025, the Emulation Bloc of the Provincial Specialized Association will focus on propagating and disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies to each cadre and member; continue to thoroughly grasp and promote the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo; focus on consolidating the association's organization, developing members, improving the quality of association activities; effectively promoting work according to the functions and tasks of each unit in the bloc, contributing to the successful implementation of socio -economic development goals and tasks in the locality.
The conference unanimously proposed the Provincial People's Committee to award the Emulation Flag to the Journalists Association and the Red Cross Society; and to award certificates of merit to the Association of the Elderly and the Association of the Blind.
