Prosecution of suspect using gun to threaten acquaintance

On May 17, information from the Quang Binh Provincial Police said that the Ba Don Town Police Investigation Agency had issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and issue an order to temporarily detain Nguyen Duc Quy (40 years old, in Tho Don residential group, Quang Tho Ward, Ba Don Town) for threatening to kill someone.

According to the investigation results, on May 12, Ms. NTP H (Minh Loi residential group, Quang Tho ward) called Quy to ask for payment for construction materials. During the conversation, the two sides had a conflict.

In the afternoon of the same day, Nguyen Duc Quy drove a car with license plate 73A - 186.70 to Ms. H's house carrying a black pistol, entered the house, and at this time met Mr. PCV sitting in the living room.

Seeing Quy coming to find his wife, Mr. V. went to the door to meet Quy and told him that Ms. H. was out. Quy immediately went in, grabbed a gun, and fired 4 shots straight into the wall of the house. Then, Quy put the gun to Mr. V.'s head and threatened to shoot.

Then, Quy pushed Mr. V. out and continued to shoot another bullet into the wall of the house, then went to each room in the house looking for Ms. H. but could not find her. Hearing the noise, Mr. PXV and Mrs. NTL (Mr. V.'s parents) came out to stop them, but Quy continued to curse and threaten with a gun.

After learning of the incident, Ba Don Town Police quickly arrested Nguyen Duc Quy and seized related evidence, including the gun that Quy used to threaten to kill people.
