The International Badminton Tournament “Felet Vietnam International Series 2025” kicks off in Bac Ninh

Athletes compete in the qualifying round of the tournament.

The event was organized by the Vietnam Badminton Federation in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh province.

The tournament attracted 253 strong players from 18 countries and territories, including: Australia, Cook Islands, Germany, Indonesia, India, South Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, North Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan (China), United Arab Emirates (UAE), United States, Venezuela and host Vietnam.

The athletes competed in 5 categories: Men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles. The Vietnamese team participated in the tournament with 87 athletes and coaches; including 16 athletes from Bac Ninh .

The tournament attracted players from 18 countries and territories.

Notably, many of the country's top tennis players participated in the tournament, such as: Pham Van Hai, Than Van Anh (Bac Ninh); Vu Thi Trang ( Ho Chi Minh City); Nguyen Dinh Hoang, Tran Dinh Manh (Lam Dong); Le Duc Phat (Army); Pham Thi Khanh, Pham Thi Dieu Ly (Hung Yen)...

The qualifying rounds will take place continuously from October 28-30 to select the best players for the quarterfinals, semi-finals and finals. The finals and award ceremony are scheduled to take place on the afternoon of November 2. The “Felet Vietnam International Series 2025” Badminton Tournament promises to bring to the sports-loving public many attractive, dramatic matches with high professional quality.

Previously, to prepare for the success of the tournament, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh province inspected and reviewed all conditions of facilities, equipment and techniques at the training venue (the old provincial sports training and competition house) and the competition venue (the new provincial sports competition house) according to professional requirements.

The qualifying round will take place continuously from October 28-30 to select the best players for the next rounds.

According to Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh province Nguyen Trong Bac, the tournament is an important event, contributing to promoting the development of the sports movement in general and the badminton movement of the whole country, including Bac Ninh. This is also an opportunity for Bac Ninh to promote, introduce, and contribute to spreading the image of dynamic, developed, culturally rich Bac Ninh-Kinh Bac to many domestic and international friends.
