The event brought together over 20 tourism exhibition booths from 15 units from provinces in the Mekong Delta such as: Can Tho city, Phong Dien district (Can Tho), Long An, Tien Giang , Ben Tre, Dong Thap, Vinh Long, Dak Nong, Dak Lak, Gia Lai... and tourism businesses in the province.
The Southern Vietnamese Culinary Space alone features over 50 stalls from 30 units both within and outside the province, including An Giang, Soc Trang, Dong Thap, Ho Chi Minh City, and Tra Vinh ... Each food stall displays, prepares, and demonstrates the unique dishes and drinks characteristic of each locality and region.
This activity is part of the "Culture and Tourism Week associated with the Ok Om Bok Festival" series of events taking place from November 9-15. The event aims to introduce and promote the images and tourism potential of Tra Vinh province to tourists, fostering cooperation in tourism development. It also provides an opportunity for food establishments, restaurants, hotels, and chefs from within and outside the province to exchange and share experiences in preparing delicious dishes, showcasing diverse regional cuisines ; promoting traditional elements in culinary culture, and contributing to enriching tourism products in the region.
