Similarly, apartments with different number of floors will have their own minimum and maximum prices. The highest price is for apartments from 25 floors to 30 floors with 1 basement, with rental prices ranging from 31,300 VND/m² floor/month to 119,000 VND/m² floor/month.
The minimum price for apartment building management and operation services is 2,000 VND/m2 of floor/month, and the maximum is 10,000 VND/m2 of floor/month.
