State Audit introduces 3 personnel for planning the Party Central Executive Committee

The State Audit recently held a conference to introduce personnel planning for the 14th Party Central Committee for the 2026-2031 term.

After going through 4 steps according to the process, the Conference voted to plan 2 official personnel members of the 14th Party Central Committee for the 2026-2031 term, including Mr. Doan Anh Tho and Ms. Ha Thi My Dung (both are Deputy State Auditor General).

Planning 1 alternate member of the 14th Party Central Committee for the 2026-2031 term with Mr. Bui Quoc Dung - Deputy State Auditor General.

Speaking at the Conference, State Auditor General Ngo Van Tuan said that the review and introduction of personnel planning for the 14th Party Central Committee, term 2026-2031, was carried out to ensure standards, conditions, age, correct subjects and direction of personnel work for the 13th Party Congress.

According to the standards, the personnel recommended for the Central Executive Committee's planning source are cadres with political qualities, ethics, lifestyle; leadership and management capacity and a sense of organization and discipline.

At the same time, Mr. Ngo Van Tuan stated that the criteria for the official planning of the Party Central Executive Committee must be decisive, resolute, and effective in performing assigned duties and tasks; with outstanding achievements, work products, and development prospects.

Planning officers must have an understanding of the domestic, regional and world situation; have innovative thinking, be dynamic, creative, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility; have the ability to participate and contribute opinions in planning guidelines and policies and discover and propose practical issues for the Party Central Committee to discuss and decide.

According to the planning criteria, candidates for the Central Executive Committee of the Party must be determined and effective in performing assigned duties and tasks.

They must be cadres who understand the domestic, regional and international situation; have innovative, dynamic and creative thinking; and have the ability to participate, contribute ideas and propose practical issues for the Party Central Committee to discuss and decide. Through practical work, these cadres must have outstanding achievements, work products and development prospects.
