- On October 30, 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment coordinated with a number of relevant units to inspect the locations of cracks and high risks of landslides in the communes of Quoc Khanh and Tan Tien.

According to the report of the People's Committees of Quoc Khanh and Tan Tien communes, due to the impact of storms and rain, especially after storm No. 11, cracks appeared on the hills in Quoc Khanh and Tan Tien communes, posing a high risk of landslides, endangering people and property.

For Quoc Khanh commune, the location of subsidence and landslide risk is in Coc Muoi village. The locations of the subsidence points are scattered on high hillsides with relatively large slopes located above and behind residential areas with about 100 households living. The distance from the nearest household to the locations where cracks and subsidence were detected is about 220 m; some locations have subsidence of about 20 cm; the width of the cracks is about 20 cm; the depth of the cracks is more than 1 m in some locations...

For Tan Tien commune, the location of cracks, subsidence, and landslide risk is in Khau Luong village. Through inspection, there are 3 locations with cracks and subsidence over 200 m long, 20 cm widest, about 1.4 m deep, causing subsidence of 10 - 15 cm. The location of the cracks directly affects 20 houses of 20 households with 96 workers, 2 power projects, a cultural house and 9 hectares of production land.
