Inspecting the implementation of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress at Tan Lac District Party Committee

(HBĐT) - On the afternoon of June 6, the working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee led by Comrade Bui Van Khanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the implementation of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress (PPC), term 2020 - 2025 at Tan Lac District Party Committee.

To effectively implement the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, the District Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Tan Lac District Party Committee have issued over 2,000 documents in various fields of work to lead and direct the political tasks of the district. During the half-term, the Party Committee, government and people of the entire district have made efforts to implement and put the Resolution of the 24th District Party Congress in conjunction with the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress and the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress into practice. Since then, many important results have been achieved. Party building and the political system have been focused on. Party organizations have been strengthened; 27 new Party cells have been established under the District Party Committee. Up to now, the District Party Committee has 60 Party cells and Party committees directly under the District Party Committee and 259 Party cells directly under the grassroots Party Committee. During the half-term of the congress, 406 new Party members have been developed.

The District Party Committee and the District Party Committee have focused on leading, directing, and gradually completing the socio-economic development goals and targets set by the 24th District Party Congress. Up to now, 7/15 targets have been achieved and exceeded the targets set by the Resolution. In particular, the average growth rate of production value at current prices for the 5 years 2021 - 2025 increased by 17.3% (reaching 115% compared to the Resolution); the annual state budget revenue increased by 25.8%/year (exceeding 10.8% compared to the Resolution); the urbanization rate reached 28.9% (reaching 103.2% of the Resolution); the poverty rate gradually decreased...

However, the Covid-19 pandemic has directly affected the growth rate of production value of some key sectors of the district; the implementation of the 3 breakthroughs in socio-economic development is still lacking in synchronization; socio-economic infrastructure, especially transport and urban infrastructure, still faces many difficulties. At the working session, the inspection delegation highly appreciated the results that the Tan Lac District Party Committee has achieved in the past time; at the same time, pointed out the causes, limitations and proposed a number of solutions to implement the goals and tasks until the end of the term.
