On the morning of October 11th, the Kim Thanh District Party Committee organized a seminar on "People's Mobilization Work in Land Clearance for the Implementation of Projects and Works in the District." Seventeen participants contributed their opinions to the discussion.
Delegates acknowledged the crucial role of mass mobilization work. Through mass mobilization efforts, awareness among officials, Party members, and all segments of the population regarding land clearance has been significantly improved.
Opinions also suggest that land clearance is a crucial task in the implementation of construction projects. Therefore, the implementation process must ensure transparency, adherence to procedures and regulations, and maximize the benefits for people and organizations whose land is being acquired.
Delegates suggested that Party committees, government agencies, heads of Party committees and government agencies, and advisory bodies should diversify forms of propaganda, effectively grasp public opinion related to land clearance work; care for and stabilize the lives of people whose land is reclaimed, support production, provide vocational training, and create jobs.
During the land acquisition and site clearance process, relevant units need to regularly understand the thoughts and aspirations of the people; promptly address and resolve any shortcomings in site clearance…

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department emphasized that propaganda and mobilization work must be carried out persistently, flexibly, and in various forms. Land clearance work must follow the correct procedures and regulations, paying attention to the interests of the people and ensuring the rights of those whose land is being acquired.
From 2022 to the present, Kim Thanh district has implemented land clearance for 56 projects with a total area of 324.05 hectares. Of these, 18 projects are currently underway with an area of 186.7 hectares, and 38 projects have been completed with an area of 137.35 hectares.
Many construction projects have completed land clearance on time or ahead of schedule, such as the Project to renovate and adjust traffic organization at the intersection of Km15 + 835 National Highway 17B with Road 20-9 in Phu Thai town; the construction of a road from the District Health Center to Quynh Khe 1, Kim Xuyen commune; and the construction of the East-West arterial road in Kim Thanh district, from the elevated intersection with National Highway 5 in Kim Xuyen commune to the roundabout in Ngu Phuc commune, in Kim Xuyen, Ngu Phuc and Kim Anh communes…
