7 households in Thanh Mien town received support money for site clearance

At the dialogue with the Chairman of Thanh Mien District People's Committee, many difficulties and problems of people whose land is subject to recovery were specifically answered and resolved.

According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Thanh Mien district, as of February 26, 10 households in Thanh Mien town had received compensation for site clearance to implement the new urban area project.

These 10 households have more than 12,500 m2 of land with a site clearance support fund of over 4.7 billion VND. Currently, there are 17 households in Thanh Mien town that have not yet agreed to hand over land to implement the project with a total area of ​​nearly 15,500 m2 .

District departments, branches and organizations are continuing to mobilize people to strictly comply with legal regulations, helping the project to be implemented on schedule, contributing to the socio -economic development of the locality.

It is expected that on February 28, Thanh Mien district will forcibly reclaim land from households that have not yet handed over the premises.

Previously, on February 14, Chairman of Thanh Mien District People's Committee Nguyen The Tai held a dialogue with 27 households whose land was subject to land acquisition and clearance to implement the Thanh Mien new urban area project. At the dialogue, many difficulties and problems of the people were resolved and specifically answered by the district leaders.

Thanh Mien New Urban Area Construction Investment Project is invested by a joint venture of Anh Quang Investment Company Limited, Thai Duong Construction Investment and Commercial Services and Hoang Thanh. The project has a total area of ​​91.3 hectares located in Thanh Mien town.
