After taking a moment to commemorate the heroic martyrs, the delegates reviewed the revolutionary tradition and studiousness of generations of teachers and students of Le Hong Phong School and the 10-year journey of building and growing the Veterans Club - Students of Le Hong Phong High School. The Club was established on December 6, 2015. Over the past 10 years, the Club has organized many meaningful activities to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs, promote the tradition of the war veterans, and strengthen the friendship between fellow students. From many sources, the Club has collected information of 144 martyrs in the courses. Among the martyrs' relatives, there are 14 heroic Vietnamese mothers. However, there are still many more martyrs who have not been updated to bring to the common home of Le Hong Phong due to objective reasons. The Liaison Committee will continue to supplement and complete when there is information.
In the process of updating information on martyrs, the Club members collected valuable relics left by them and recorded their memories through their families' stories to compile the yearbook "A Time to Remember". The yearbook is a deep sentiment of student friendship, the sacred sentiment of soldiers, comrades and spiritual aspirations. It is the most sincere and truthful record of the life, merits and sacrifices of the martyrs who were students of Le Hong Phong School. Recently, the Yearbook Appendix, adding new martyrs, has been provided with information and updated the Club's charitable activities from 2019 to present.
On the occasions of commemorating War Invalids and Martyrs Day and the Founding Day of the Vietnam People's Army, the Club organizes activities such as: Commemoration ceremonies, prayers, meetings, visits, and giving gifts to relatives of martyrs; presenting to the Traditional Room of Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted soldiers' memorabilia and images of the Club's charitable activities...
From the first day of establishment with only a few dozen members, up to now, the Club has had nearly 200 members in different courses, currently living in Nam Dinh (old) and many provinces and cities across the country. Continuing the achievements, the Club has grown and had more meaningful activities, is the trust and love of martyrs' families, is a common home connecting members, together towards the goal of "Drinking water, remember the source - Repaying gratitude".

At the ceremony, the Club presented gifts to the relatives of 14 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers - mothers of martyrs who are students of Le Hong Phong High School, each gift worth 1 million VND.
