Kylian Mbappe has reportedly reached an agreement in principle with Real Madrid, joining the Bernabeu at the end of the season and taking the number 10 shirt from Luka Modric.

Sport newspaper said that Mbappe's side has agreed in principle to join Real Madrid next summer, on a free transfer after his contract with PSG expires.
The source also added that the 25-year-old striker will wear the number 10 shirt at Real Madrid, the number currently belonging to veteran midfielder Luka Modric but his contract will expire at the end of the season.
It is reported that Mbappe intended to wait for further consideration from the last meeting with PSG before making a decision, but Real Madrid gave him an ultimatum and he could not delay any longer.
Real Madrid is Mbappe's dream club, the relationship between the two sides was thought to have happened in the summer of 2022, but then the striker decided to change his mind and stay in Paris with a super lucrative contract.
This is considered the last chance for the French captain to play for the La Liga giants. Even so, French RMC Sport said, PSG's leadership still has faith, their super attractive offer and the club's development plan, can make Mbappe change his mind again.
Meanwhile, former Brazil striker Ronaldo could see Mbappe at the Bernabeu: “Real Madrid always have the best players in the world . I don’t know if Mbappe will come to the Bernabeu or not, but the truth is that he speaks Spanish very well.”
