The K'Ho traditional village in Dung K'Si hamlet, Da Chais commune was approved by the People's Committee of Lam Dong province in Decision No. 2124/QD-UBND dated November 11, 2022. The project to support investment in preserving each typical traditional village of ethnic minorities and mountainous areas (preserving tangible and intangible cultural values, supporting tourism development) under Project 6 "Preserving and promoting fine traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities associated with tourism development", from investment capital of the National Target Program on socio -economic development of ethnic minorities and mountainous areas in the period 2021 - 2030. The total investment is over 13 billion VND, of which the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is the investor with an amount of 8.05 billion VND, Lac Duong district invests 5 billion VND.

The K'Ho ethnic traditional village in Dung K'Si hamlet, Da Chais commune started construction in June 2023. Up to now, the main works of the project, including: Community house, K'Ho community house, traffic roads, etc.; auxiliary items such as: garden, electricity, water, green landscape, etc. have been completed and put into use. This is the place to hold many traditional cultural festivals, recreating the beauty and living scenes in the lives of ethnic minorities in the district. Thereby, creating a highlight connecting tourists to participate and experience many interesting activities, meeting the cultural exchange needs of people and tourists, contributing to preserving traditional cultural identity, forming a model of exploiting and promoting the potential of traditional culture of the K'Ho ethnic group; From there, expand and develop to build cultural - tourist villages, cultural - tourist spots, creating momentum for economic restructuring in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the province.

The traditional cultural village of ethnic minorities in K'Long Trao village, Gung Re commune is also part of the project to support investment in preserving each typical traditional village and hamlet of ethnic minorities and mountainous areas (preserving tangible and intangible cultural values, supporting tourism development) approved by the People's Committee of Lam Dong province to preserve and promote the fine traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities associated with tourism development.
