Simple, everyday images are the most genuine and profound expression of happiness. Vietnam has made remarkable progress in its happiness index, but the numbers cannot fully reflect that spirit.

The human rights media award “Happy Vietnam 2025” will spread a journey that evokes pride, gratitude and simple moments of happiness.

That was the statement of Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh at the award announcement and launching ceremony held on May 22.

The award is organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists and Vietnam Television to implement Decision No. 1079/QD-TTg dated September 14, 2022 of the Prime Minister approving the Project on communication on human rights in Vietnam and to celebrate the country's major holidays in 2025.
