To effectively implement the movement "Learning never ends", the Association for Promotion of Education at all levels has actively promoted and raised awareness of the whole society; at the same time, signed programs to coordinate activities with departments and branches, mobilizing the participation of the political system and the whole society. This has created a movement for the whole society to actively participate in learning and create favorable conditions for all citizens to fulfill their responsibilities and rights to study regularly and learn for life; take advantage of all learning opportunities to become digital citizens, global learning citizens. Every year, thousands of examples of overcoming difficulties to excel in studying and working. These examples are vivid evidence, contributing to encouraging and expanding the movement of studying regularly and learning for life, gradually contributing to building a sustainable learning society.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Tam, Hong Quang commune (Y Yen) has congenital brittle bone disease and poor health, but for nearly 20 years has opened a "5 no" class: no chalk, no blackboard, no podium, no lesson plans, no tuition fees to tutor primary and secondary school students around. In addition, Ngoc Tam also established "Ngoc Tam Thuy Tinh Reading Space" with more than 1,500 books, spreading the love of books and reading culture to local children... Besides opening classes, Ngoc Tam also actively participates in activities of the Association for the Disabled and many other charity programs; actively participates in inspirational projects to bring her story to more people, especially people with disabilities, helping them have more faith and determination to rise up, live more positively and meaningfully. With strong will and determination, constant efforts to overcome fate, live positively and contribute to the community, Ngoc Tam has been awarded many awards. In 2020, she was honored at the conference to honor typical examples in the patriotic emulation movement in the period of 2015-2020 of the Women's Union of Nam Dinh province; one of 10 typical faces receiving the National Volunteer Award 2020 presented by the Central Youth Union; one of 64 typical disabled youths of the program "Shining Vietnamese Willpower 2020". In 2021, Ngoc Tam won the title of Outstanding Youth of Nam Dinh province. In 2022, Ngoc Tam was one of 5 people honored for "Living Beautifully" organized by Thanh Nien Newspaper. In January 2023, Tam was honored to receive the Kova Award, category "Living Beautifully". She is also a typical example honored in the province's "Learning Never Ends" movement.
Along with Ngoc Tam, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan in Quat Lam town (Giao Thuy) is also a typical example in studying, developing the economy , and getting rich in her hometown. She is always an active member of the training courses on transferring science and technology organized by the Women's Union of the town. From the knowledge she learned, she discussed with her family about investing in the business of feed and breeding in the field of aquaculture. In 2011, Ms. Lan registered to establish the enterprise "Tam Lan" to do business in the field of aquaculture with the motto "Buy at the source, sell at the top", specializing in finding raw materials for feed and breeding from the South to provide feed for customers raising aquatic products and transporting aquatic products for consumption in the locality and neighboring provinces, helping people not to worry about breeding and where to consume. Her enterprise regularly creates jobs for 25-30 workers, with an income of 5-7 million VND/person/month. Every year, after deducting expenses, her family earns from 350-400 million VND. Although busy with work, she always actively participates in emulation movements and activities of the Women's Union of the town. She is also a member of the "Women Entrepreneurs" Club of Giao Thuy district. During the club's activities, she is willing to share initiatives and experiences in doing business and developing family economy for women to exchange and learn from each other. Every year, her enterprise has helped from 15-20 billion VND to households and women in terms of capital, food, and breeding in the field of aquaculture; supported youth movements, donated bicycles to poor students who have overcome difficulties to excel in their studies, and donated 51 gifts to single women in difficult circumstances and poor students who have overcome difficulties, worth nearly 20 million VND; supported the construction of the "Warm House of Love" fund of the district with 10 million VND. In addition, her company also gives gifts on major local holidays from 30-50 million VND/year.
From the movement "Learning Never Ends" every year, there are thousands of examples of students in difficult circumstances but with will and determination, they have strived to study well and train well. A typical example is Nguyen Phuong Linh, a student at Nam Dinh Nursing University, who was in difficult circumstances when her father died early, leaving her mother to raise three children alone. Aware of her situation, she always strives to become an excellent student of the school. Dinh Viet Long, a student at Nam Dinh Technical Pedagogical University, whose father died early and who is disabled, always strives to become an excellent student, winning second prize in the national math competition for excellent students. Doan Tran Xuan Lam, a student at Tran Dang Ninh Secondary School, Nam Dinh city, was orphaned and lived with his grandparents, but overcoming all difficulties, he always maintained his excellent student record.
Recently, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education organized the awarding of 2,000 "Learning Never Ends" scholarships worth 2 billion VND to outstanding self-study workers, students and excellent students in 2025. This is a gift to encourage the spirit of each student, student and worker in "Learning Never Ends", helping the elderly members, workers in difficult circumstances, students and students have more motivation to study and strive in the process of improving knowledge "study more, study forever". The movement "Learning never ends" - lifelong learning has spread widely, contributing to arousing and promoting the tradition of studiousness, building a learning society in the whole province, effectively implementing the Project "Building a learning society in the period of 2021-2030" from the provincial level to the district, commune, neighborhood and community levels, helping everyone, of all ages, have the opportunity to study for life to have a job, work more and more effectively to join hands in building and developing a happy and prosperous family and homeland.
