The three bridges are located at meaningful locations, connecting the past and the present. The Hanoi bridge is Thong Nhat Park, a historical symbol of the desire for peace and North-South reunion. The Quang Tri bridge is located at the special national monument of Hien Luong-Ben Hai, a symbol of the will and aspiration for independence and freedom of the peace-loving Vietnamese people. Meanwhile, the Saigon River Park bridge is a connection between tradition and modernity, demonstrating the vitality of a heroic, dynamic and creative city.

With three chapters titled “Aspiration for Peace,” “The Will for Independence and Unification,” and “We Proudly Go Up! Oh Vietnam,” the television program “Forever the Triumphant Song” recreates the heroic history of the nation, demonstrating historical lessons and the spirit of solidarity, while highlighting the country’s achievements throughout its construction and development.

The opening section of "Aspiration for Peace" is a precious documentary film recreating the painful but resilient historical context, when the whole nation was forced to take up arms to protect independence; epic artistic performances, from folk songs to contemporary ensembles, deeply depict the nation's indomitable will.

Chapter 2 brings to the audience a special reportage, a live performance about Tet Mau Than 1968, the battle of Quang Tri Citadel, the Dien Bien Phu victory in the air and the Paris Agreement 1973 - historical milestones that changed the situation of the war; artistic performances combining 3D mapping technology, vividly recreating the moment our army entered the Independence Palace, bringing viewers back to the important historical moment.

The final chapter is a series of messages from historical lessons connected to the country's achievements today, affirming the stature of the Southern Liberation event in the country's development journey. With the highlight being modern art performances, from grand choirs to brilliant fireworks, the performance ignited pride and aspiration for the future.

The art performances in “Vang mai khuc khai hoan” are staged on a grand scale in the 3 regions of North-Central-South with diverse forms of expression from MV, live scenes to animations... with many rich musical colors, recreating the heroic history of the country.

Notably, at the Ho Chi Minh City bridge, there was a touching handover of a relic kept by an American veteran to a family of martyrs in Vietnam. Veteran Adolph Novello, while participating in the war in Vietnam, collected many documents, including those bearing the name Kha Van Viet. When he left the Vietnam battlefield, he brought those relics back to the US and kept them in a box for 50 years.

On this special occasion of the Vietnamese nation, veteran Novello wished to bring these documents and mementos to the martyr's relatives. Although he was not present at the event, the mementos that Novello kept were given to the relatives of martyr Kha Van Viet (a Thai ethnic, who died in Quang Tri) right on the stage of the program, an emotional highlight of understanding, sympathy and the desire to close the past and look towards the future.

The program “Forever the Triumph” evokes deep emotion and gratitude for the great sacrifices of the previous generation, the people who fell in exchange for independence and freedom for the nation. That loss is painful, but also pride when looking back at the achievements that blood, sweat and tears have exchanged.

The atmosphere of the program echoed with the heroic spirit, arousing national pride, urging each person to continue the tradition of their ancestors, with solidarity, will and intelligence, joining hands to build an increasingly powerful Vietnam, firmly entering a new era, an era of prosperous development of the Vietnamese nation./.
