(GLO)- Loc Binh District Police have just issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and temporarily detain Ha Van Ty (born in 1989, residing in Yen Khoi commune, Loc Binh district, Lang Son province) for the act of "Sexual intercourse with a person from 13 to under 16 years old".
According to the initial investigation results, Ha Van Ty is a physical education teacher at Dong Buc Secondary School (Loc Binh District). During his work, Ty often texted to flirt with LTV (born in 2010, residing in Loc Binh District), a 7th grade student at this school.
