Information to parents in some places is not complete and clear, leading to public opinion not being really assured, not having faith in education and training.

Therefore, the acting Head of the Department of Education and Training of Cu Chi district requested that schools proactively inspect, review and rectify the organization of extracurricular educational activities in accordance with regulations on legal documents, appraisal records of educational content, legal documents, certification of food safety conditions and evidence showing parents' consent and students' voluntary participation in school activities...

Mr. Kim Van Minh requested that during the implementation process, the school needs to supervise the organization, organize inspections, monitor quality, give suggestions for correction and stop operations when the partner does not comply with regulations and contracts. When signing a contract, the educational institution must be responsible for checking the legality and capacity of the partner before implementation.

At the same time, Mr. Minh emphasized that the principal needs to consult the school board, consult with professional departments and relevant parties to decide on a partner to organize an after-school education program to ensure the quality of teaching and learning activities. The principal must review and closely follow the regulations on tuition collection and use, negotiated collection, collection and payment on behalf of others to properly implement the regulations. The contents that need to be organized for bidding must be organized in accordance with the regulations in the spirit of openness, democracy and transparency.
