Lao Cai: Abolish 02 Resolutions related to special support policies when the State reclaims land

CTTĐT - On October 16, 2025, the Provincial People's Council issued Resolution No. 29/NQ-HDND abolishing resolutions of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Council.

Accordingly, all resolutions are abolished: Resolution No. 03/2025/NQ-HDND dated January 21, 2025 of the People's Council of Lao Cai province stipulating a number of specific support policies when the State recovers land in Lao Cai province; Resolution No. 10/2025/NQ-HDND dated June 6, 2025 of the People's Council of Lao Cai province amending and supplementing Clause 2, Article 8 of Resolution No. 03/2025/NQ-HDND dated January 21, 2025 of the People's Council of Lao Cai province stipulating a number of specific support policies when the State recovers land in Lao Cai province.

This Resolution comes into force from October 16, 2025.

Serial number 71 Section II.1 Appendix I issued together with Resolution No. 12/NQ-HDND dated July 8, 2025 of the People's Council of Lao Cai province on continuing to implement, partially abolishing, and completely abolishing a number of resolutions regulating state budget expenditure policies in Lao Cai province that expire from the effective date of this Resolution.
