Take people's satisfaction as a measure of the political system

On October 24, the Party Committee of Phuc Loi Ward (Hanoi) held a conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 1st Party Congress of the Ward and three working programs of the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The conference was held in person and online at 72 locations, with the participation of more than 2,600 cadres and party members, including members of the Party Executive Committee, heads of socio-political organizations, party cell secretaries, heads of residential groups and representatives of schools and units in the area.

At the conference, delegates listened to and discussed the key contents of the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Phuc Loi Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030 and 3 full-term working programs of the Ward Party Committee.

The programs include: Program No. 01 on "Improving the quality of the political system, operating effectively, efficiently and effectively; building a team of disciplined, responsible and professional cadres, civil servants and public employees in the period 2025-2030"; Program No. 02 on "Promoting synchronous and comprehensive digital transformation in the entire political system, focusing on building digital government, digital economy and digital society in the period 2025-2030"; Program No. 03 on "Focusing on investment, connection and completion of urban infrastructure; ensuring landscape and environmental sanitation; improving people's quality of life in the period 2025-2030".

Each program sets out targets, tasks and solutions with specific implementation responsibilities for each agency and unit.

According to the Ward Party Secretary Nguyen The Thach, the development of 3 work programs not only demonstrates a very urgent spirit, but also shows innovative thinking. The 26 targets in the Ward Party Congress Resolution have been clearly specified in each work program into a total of 93 targets. The implementation solutions also show the action thinking associated with multi-dimensional assessment, strengthening inspection, supervision, companionship, and replication of typical examples...

The Party Secretary of Phuc Loi Ward suggested that, immediately after the conference, all levels, sectors, and grassroots Party organizations continue to promote propaganda work, thoroughly grasp the Congress Resolution and work programs to ensure high unity in awareness and determination to act, associated with building implementation plans with specific "work schedules" to regularly check and evaluate progress.

The Secretary of the Party Committee of Phuc Loi Ward also noted the requirement to focus on building a team of "disciplined-responsible-professional-creative" cadres, civil servants and public employees; considering digital transformation as a key driving force to improve governance capacity and service efficiency, taking people's happiness and satisfaction as a measure for all activities of the political system.
