On December 14th, the Vietnamese National Golf Team officially concluded their journey at the 33rd SEA Games at Siam Country Club Rolling Hills with memorable achievements. After days of hard work and perseverance, Vietnamese golf brought home three valuable medals: a silver medal in the men's individual event by Nguyen Anh Minh, a bronze medal in the women's individual event by Le Chuc An, and a bronze medal in the men's team event.
In the women's individual event, Le Chuc An finished the competition in 4th place overall with a total score of (+5). According to SEA Games regulations, each National Olympic Committee is only allowed a maximum of two medals in each individual event.

Since all three top positions were held by golfers from host country Thailand, the bronze medal was awarded to Le Chuc An – the first medal in the history of Vietnamese women's golf at the SEA Games. Other Vietnamese female representatives also competed with great effort and achieved encouraging results: Le Nguyen Minh Anh (+38) and Nguyen Viet Gia Han (+44) after four rounds.
In the men's individual event, Nguyen Anh Minh continued his impressive form by winning the silver medal with a total score of (-10), maintaining four consecutive rounds under par. This is Anh Minh's second SEA Games medal in the individual event, following a bronze medal at the previous Games, affirming the perseverance, composure, and unwavering spirit of one of the brightest stars in Vietnamese golf.

Other male players also made important contributions: Nguyen Tuan Anh ranked 10th (+3), Ho Anh Huy ranked 12th (+5), and Nguyen Trong Hoang ranked 21st (+13).
With unwavering spirit and teamwork throughout the four days of competition, Nguyen Anh Minh, Ho Anh Huy, Nguyen Tuan Anh, and Nguyen Trong Hoang won the bronze medal in the men's team event.

All the gold medals in golf at the 33rd SEA Games went to the Thai team: men's individual Laopakdee Pongsapak (-21), women's individual Prachnakorn Prim (-9), and both men's and women's team events were also won by Thailand.
The achievements of the Vietnamese golf team are the result of collective effort, close support from the coaching staff, and team spirit throughout the tournament. These medals are not only well-deserved rewards but also provide further motivation for Vietnamese golf to strive for higher milestones in the future.
