Provincial Labor Federation supports 548 million VND for union members after storm No. 10

548 million VND is the total amount of support that the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation has just allocated to 272 union members and workers who suffered heavy losses due to the recent impact of storm No. 10 (Bualoi).

Officials, civil servants and employees of the Provincial Labor Federation join hands to support people affected by storm 10 (Bualoi).

The 548 million VND support package was drawn from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor's budget, aiming to support livelihoods and restore property for affected families. According to the decision, the funding will be deployed in two phases: Phase 1 supports 268 affected union members, with a support level of 2,000,000 VND/person, totaling 536 million VND. Special support for 4 cases of union members with serious damage at 3,000,000 VND/person, totaling 12 million VND.

The post-flood support activities affirm the timeliness and humanity of the Provincial Trade Union. In the face of unexpected natural disasters, the Trade Union has proactively reviewed, grasped the situation and flexibly applied regulations to bring timely support resources to the right subjects.
