Taking place from May 31 to July 12, DIFF 2025 is not only the longest fireworks festival in history with 6 nights of brilliant performances, but also opens a series of large-scale entertainment and resort activities, turning Da Nang into a destination for "endless fun" this summer.
Magical Journey
An indispensable destination during the DIFF season is the iconic destination Sun World Ba Na Hills - "miniature Europe" in the heart of Central Vietnam. From the cable car line that holds many world records, visitors are taken straight to a fairy tale world with romantic French architecture and cool climate all year round.
Summer in Ba Na is the season of special shows. Malambo Sun Warrior stirs up the Eternal Square with a vibrant South American dance, while the Miracle busking show brings unique circus and street magic acts.

In particular, the European Fair – Happy Fair recreates the scene of a Western medieval festival, where visitors transform into characters and participate in colorful parades with international artists.
Besides art, Ba Na also attracts tourists with Fantasy Park - the largest indoor amusement park in Vietnam, along with a series of thrilling games. Famous check-in spots such as Golden Bridge, Sun God Waterfall, and Eclipse Square are places to capture memorable moments.

When night falls, the After Glow show continues to fascinate viewers with music , choreography and eye-catching visual effects, like an artistic symphony in the clouds.
The heart of the bustling city
If Ba Na takes visitors lost in nature and art, Da Nang Downtown – located in Hai Chau district – is the entertainment "heart" in the heart of the city. From June 1 to June 7, this complex celebrates its 1st birthday with a week of "buy 1 get 1 free" entrance tickets, opening up unlimited experience opportunities.

A series of thrilling games such as the Queen Cobra roller coaster, the Sun Wheel – one of the tallest Ferris wheels in the world – and the modern indoor game area always attract a large number of visitors. In the evening, the Downtown space is even more brilliant with street art shows, bustling food courts and the Chill Zone outdoor cinema – where special works from the Asian Film Festival Week are shown, in cooperation with the Department of Culture and Le Do Cinema.
Not to be missed is Vui Phet food market - where the quintessence of Da Nang and international cuisine converges: from banh xeo, nem lui to rich European and BBQ dishes.
Experience nature and cultural depth
Besides the vibrant festival atmosphere, Da Nang in summer also brings peaceful, profound experiences with unique nature and culture.
Just a short distance from the city center, Son Tra Peninsula appears as a separate world. The winding road between the forest and the sea leading to Ban Co peak is an ideal journey for those who love nature and seek tranquility.

Meanwhile, the Ngu Hanh Son scenic area has a mysterious cultural and spiritual beauty with famous caves such as Am Phu and Huyen Khong. At the foot of the mountain, the Non Nuoc stone carving village still bustles with the sound of chiseling – a symbol of the unceasing flow of culture.

Continuing the journey of cultural discovery is the Cham Sculpture Museum (2/9 Street) - where the artistic treasures of the Champa civilization that once flourished on the banks of the Han River are preserved. The ancient French architecture combined with the somber lighting further highlights the ancient beauty of the stone statues.
Not far from there is the Da Nang Museum (31 Tran Phu) - a place that preserves historical slices, from the resistance war to urban life. This is like a living archive that helps visitors better understand the city's development journey.
Danang Museum
To the north of the city, Hai Van Quan is located on the top of Hai Van Pass - the border between Da Nang and Thua Thien Hue. From here, you can have a panoramic view of Da Nang Bay to the south and Tam Giang Lagoon to the north. The pass is also a favorite destination for backpackers, with spectacular curves between the mountains.
Cuisine and city highlights
A trip to Da Nang would not be complete without visiting Con Market – a culinary paradise in the heart of the city. Here, visitors can enjoy specialties such as vermicelli with fish sauce, banh xeo, snails, sweet soups, etc. in the bustling, friendly atmosphere of the locals.
Dragon Bridge breathes fire
And although not an official tourist area, Dragon Bridge is still an indispensable check-in point. On weekend nights, the fire and water show is a technological highlight that attracts thousands of visitors. In the brilliant space of DIFF, this is also one of the ideal locations to watch fireworks, connecting modern experiences with the charming scenery along the Han River.
