Loc Troi appoints 2 deputy general directors before extraordinary meeting

(Dan Tri) - Loc Troi Group has two new deputy general directors, Mr. Tran Thanh Hien and Mr. Pham Thanh Tho.

Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: LTG) has just announced the appointment of two deputy general directors. Mr. Pham Thanh Tho was appointed as Deputy General Director in charge of food and functional departments (except finance). Mr. Tran Thanh Hien is Deputy General Director in charge of seed production and trading. Both of these people do not hold shares in Loc Troi.

In which, Mr. Tran Thanh Hien is currently the Director of Loc Troi Seed Joint Stock Company, Director of Loc Troi Agricultural Services Company Limited and Member of the Board of Directors (BOD) of Loc Troi Agricultural Materials Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Pham Thanh Tho is a member of the Board of Directors of Loc Troi Agricultural Products Joint Stock Company, Chairman of the Board of Directors of An Giang Real Estate Joint Stock Company and Binh Duc Packaging Joint Stock Company.

Loc Troi is in the process of renewing its leadership after dismissing General Director Nguyen Duy Thuan in July. A few months later, the company appointed Mr. Nguyen Tan Hoang - Chief Accountant of the group - as General Director since October 16.

Mr. Hoang was born in 1977, started working at Loc Troi in August 2012 and has been the company's Chief Accountant since 2012. Mr. Hoang is also holding many important positions at Loc Troi's subsidiaries such as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Green Agriculture Management Joint Stock Company, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vinh Hoa Rice Bran Oil Extraction Company Limited, General Director of Loc Troi Agricultural Products Joint Stock Company and Chief Accountant of Loc Nhan Food Joint Stock Company.

On December 20, Loc Troi will hold an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024, the content of which is to dismiss 1 member of the Board of Directors and 2 members of the Supervisory Board for the 2024-2029 term for Mr. Johan Sven Richard Boden, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy and Mr. Tieu Phuoc Thanh.
