Currently, in Le Thuy commune, there are 23 schools, including 6 kindergartens with 1,907 students; 9 primary schools with 3,230 students; 6 secondary schools with 2,657 students and 2 high schools. During the recent flood, all schools were flooded.

It is known that during the rainy and flood days, Le Thuy Commune Police organized 24/7 on-duty, ready with forces and means to ensure security and order, rescue and respond to the effects of heavy rain.
