Many years ago, Viet Huong continuously participated in the hottest TV shows and programs. There was a time when she filmed 4-5 game shows every day, her work schedule lasted from early morning to late at night.

However, in recent years, the female artist has proactively limited her activities due to health issues. She also feels that her age and image are no longer suitable for participating in shows that require a lot of movement, competition or challenges.

When invited by the program organizers, Viet Huong always asks them directly if the juniors participating would dare to let loose and play with her.

“For example, would Le Duong Bao Lam dare to pour flour on his head or play the water-drowning game against Viet Huong? If everyone keeps being subservient, afraid of seniority and age, the show will lose its fun.

My age and health do not allow me to jump and move around constantly. For many years, I wore high heels too much, causing effusion in my knee joints. I had to continuously inject synovial fluid to relieve pain and lubricate the joints,” she told VietNamNet .

Viet Huong gradually balances her time, carefully selecting the programs she participates in, from sitting on the judge's chair, being an MC...

In addition, she also acts in movies, plays on stage and other activities. The artist wants to slow down a bit to rest and take time to enjoy life with her husband and children.

With Mother's Wish , Viet Huong is the on-site MC, creating emotional connections with the characters, adding color to the show.

As the host of the program, Viet Huong always tries to perfect her role. She tells herself not to cry, not to let external factors affect her psychology. However, the female artist sometimes unconsciously blends into the mood, situation and story of the characters.

“After filming and returning home, I told the crew to remember to cut out the parts where I cried, because if I posted those parts, many viewers would misunderstand. Social media is complicated now, so I don’t want to be cursed,” she said.

Most of the filming took place outdoors, so the artists had to stand continuously under the hot sun. After finishing 6 episodes and returning home, Viet Huong said her face was sunburned and her scalp was peeling off in patches.
