Spring has come to the British capital London with clear blue skies, gentle yellow sunshine and cherry blossoms blooming all over the streets and in the parks, creating an irresistible romantic and charming look for one of the greenest cities in the world .
According to a VNA reporter in the UK, the top destination in London for photographers and cherry blossom lovers is Greenwich Park, famous for its rows of cherry trees with crisscrossing canopies, creating a unique and breathtaking flower arch.
Every April, Greenwich Park is bustling from dawn until dusk as locals and foreign tourists flock to admire the beauty of cherry blossoms and capture memorable moments with the symbol of spring.
Two rows of cherry trees at Greenwich Park are planted in Japanese style with interwoven canopies, creating a brilliant picture when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, especially when the trees are placed in a landscape of lush green grass under the canopy of ancient trees.
Sharing with VNA reporters in the UK, Ms. Dang Thuy Quyen, a flight attendant for Kuwait Airways, said that every month she has a flight to London, but this is the first time she has visited Greenwich Park.

Ms. Quyen had seen many videos and pictures online about the cherry blossoms in Greenwich, but the beautiful natural scenery of the park and the splendor of the cherry blossoms really exceeded her imagination.
Located in Southeast London, about 12km from the city center, Greenwich Park with an area of 74 hectares is one of the 8 royal parks of England.
The park is one of London's largest green spaces with more than 3,000 trees, including many over 400 years old and a Queen Elizabeth oak over 750 years old, and is home to a wide range of wildlife, including a herd of deer.
In particular, the park has the Royal Observatory where the Eastern Hemisphere meets the Western Hemisphere at the 0 meridian and is the birthplace of GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).

The park is also associated with British maritime and naval history, with interesting attractions such as the Maritime Museum, the Royal Naval College, and St Alphege's Cathedral.
With its long history, harmonious natural landscape and beautiful cherry blossoms, Greenwich Park is an attractive destination in London, attracting 5 million visitors each year./.
