Opening sale of social housing project in Hung Yen, price from 25.8 million VND

The project is located in Nguyen Van Linh commune, more than 30 km from the center of Hanoi . The social housing area consists of 4 buildings of 9 floors and an attic. The supply has 1,076 apartments for sale with areas from 30m2 to 50m2, some apartments have an area of 70m2.

The selling price approved by the Department of Construction is 20.8 million VND/m2) for apartments 3.3 m high, arranged from the 2nd to 4th floors. Buyers will have to pay 600 million to 1.4 billion VND per apartment.

From the 5th to the 9th floors are 4.5m high apartments (with loft) with a selling price of nearly 25.8 million VND/m2, equivalent to the largest apartment of about 1.8 billion VND. This price includes the investment cost of the loft.

Previously, the People's Committee of Hung Yen province announced information about the social housing area in Pho Hien ward to find investors to register for implementation. The project is included in the approved 1/2000 planning project of the East Dien Bien River urban area (area D).

The total project area is about 31.5 hectares, the construction floor area is about 500,000 square meters. The total estimated investment is 7,000 billion VND. The implementation progress is within 5 years from the time of investment policy approval.

Hung Yen province (before merging with Thai Binh ) was assigned the target of completing 1,750 social housing units this year. The Ministry of Construction's report said that in the 2021-2024 period, the province completed two projects with more than 1,000 units. Currently, the province continues to implement 4 projects with a scale of 3,588 units. This year alone, the province is expected to exceed the target by 20%.
