Voting opens for the ESG Initiative writing contest on October 24th.

Launched on August 14th, the writing contest "ESG Initiatives for a Sustainable Vietnam" attracted the attention of readers of all ages, from students, lecturers, civil servants, businesspeople, to social work groups, with over 100 entries in both Vietnamese and English.

Many entries are meticulously researched papers, based on practical experiments and offering creative perspectives. The organizing committee reviewed the entries to ensure compliance with the competition criteria. All valid entries were published on the Dan Tri newspaper's special page to enter the voting round, which began on October 24th.

The official voting portal for the competition is open from October 24th to November 6th.

"Over two months after its launch, the competition has received many high-quality solutions that are feasible for practical application. This has greatly motivated the organizing committee, as there has been a positive response and collaboration from the community in creating solutions related to the environment, society, and governance, aiming towards the goal of sustainable development for Vietnam," a representative of the organizing committee shared.

Readers can follow and vote for impressive entries on the ESG - Sustainable Development section of Dan Tri newspaper, starting from October 24th.

The scoring rules for the online voting round are as follows:

Step 1: Readers log in using their personal Gmail or Facebook account.

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the contest entry to interact:

1 interaction (heart reaction, like, applause, star rating): equivalent to 1 point.

1 comment: equivalent to 2 points.

The voting portal closed at 11:59 PM on November 6th. The 5 entries with the highest total interaction points will receive a prize of 2 million VND each.

The competition's prize system has a total value of up to 50 million VND.

Simultaneously, from October 24th to November 8th, the judging panel will evaluate and select the best initiatives and solutions to award prizes, including:

- 1st Prize: 15 million VND.

- 1 Second Prize: 10 million VND.

- 3 Third Prizes: 5 million VND.

These awards, along with 5 audience-voted awards, will be presented at the Awards Ceremony for winning individuals and teams, scheduled to take place in November.
