The Boston Global Forum (BGF) conference with the theme "AIWS for New Democracy" is being held in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA on November 25. The event brings together experts, politicians , and influential people in many fields around the world.
The AI World Society (AIWS) Government model represents a transformative approach to governance that leverages AI technologies to address challenges faced by traditional political systems. The model aims to create government structures that are efficient, transparent, and responsive to the needs of citizens.

By integrating AI into government operations, AIWS Government seeks to enhance service delivery, improve policymaking processes, and promote greater citizen engagement.
At this conference, unique applications of AIWS government were discussed. Including 24/7 AI assistant; AI support to provide analysis and data in policy decisions; increase transparency and accountability; support analysis and resource optimization - such as solving administrative functions so that human staff can focus on more complex tasks; providing personalized platforms to serve citizens.
In addition, Boston Areti AI (BAI), is an advanced artificial intelligence agent developed under the BGF AIWS framework. Named after the Greek word “Areti,” meaning “virtue,” BAI embodies the ethical principles of AI, aiming to support government leaders in both their professional and personal roles.
Essentially, this is a program that directly supports leaders applying artificial intelligence, helping them achieve their goals more effectively in planning, strategic thinking, decision making, work-life balance, and more thoughtful consideration of ethical conflicts.
Highlights of this year’s event include the 2024 BGF World Leader for Peace and Security Award Ceremony, which will be honored and addressed by French President Emmanuel Macron. The event will also feature speeches by BGF Co-Chairs Michael Dukakis and Nguyen Anh Tuan; and many other experts.
“AI World Society – New Democracy” is also a comprehensive special report that envisions the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in reshaping democratic societies for the digital age.
Building on the principles of the AI World Society (AIWS) and its Social Contract for the Age of AI-based model, as well as initiatives presented at the 2018 BGF-G7 Summit and the 2019 AIWS-G7 Summit, and detailed in the book “Remaking the World – Toward an Age of Global Enlightenment,” this report outlines a framework for ethically and effectively integrating AI across key areas, including governance, economics, education, healthcare, and culture.
The report emphasizes the importance of upholding democratic values, human rights and ethical standards in the development and deployment of AI technologies.
