Just one day at sea, a ship from Nghe An province returned with 26 tons of anchovies, a specialty rich in protein. How can you prepare them deliciously?

After a day at sea, the fishing boat of Tran Van Luu from Nghi Thuy ward, Vinh city, Nghe An province, returned with 26 tons of anchovies – a specialty fish of the sea. With the current price of anchovies, Mr. Luu quickly sold them at the dock and pocketed over 300 million VND.

On the afternoon of February 14th, according to Mr. Nguyen Tien Loi, Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Nghi Thuy Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province, two fishing boats in the area returned that same afternoon after a successful catch of anchovies. Local authorities immediately went to the docks to present them with commendation flags and small gifts to encourage the crew members to stay in the fishing grounds and venture further out to sea to develop the local economy .

Accordingly, in the early afternoon of February 14th, two fishing vessels, numbered NA 99626 and NA 99628, owned by Mr. Tran Van Luu (residing in Nghi Thuy ward, Vinh city), docked after a day of fishing at sea.

The two boats returned with 26 tons of anchovies. Currently, the price of anchovies is fluctuating between 12,000 and 13,000 VND/kg. Thus, Mr. Luu, by "quickly selling" them right at the dock to local fish sauce producers, immediately "pocketed" over 300 million VND.

After the Lunar New Year, fishermen in Nghi Thuy ward intensified their efforts to go out to sea and maintain their presence in the fishing grounds. Many local fishing fleets had abundant catches of herring and anchovies, bringing in significant income. The total catch of fishermen in Nghi Thuy ward after the Lunar New Year holiday was approximately 3,000 tons.
