Motorola Edge 70 super thin battery life launched globally

After launching in China, the Motorola Edge 70 is now available in the UK and some European regions with a super slim design and a surprisingly attractive price.

The ultra-thin smartphone race is heating up again, but after Samsung's efforts failed and Apple proved unimpressed with iPhone Air sales, the future of this segment remains uncertain.

However, Motorola has officially entered the game with the new Edge 70. The device was introduced in China in mid-October and is now available in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

The Motorola Edge 70 is only 5.99mm thick – slightly thicker than the Galaxy S25 Edge and iPhone Air – but has many impressive specifications. The device is equipped with a 4,800 mAh silicon-carbon battery, a 6.67-inch screen, 12GB RAM, 512GB internal memory and a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor supporting the Android 16 experience.

Motorola Edge 70 , the first device in the Edge 70 series, is the thinnest in its class with an innovative design that packs three 50MP sensors across all cameras, Moto AI features, and the largest battery in an ultra-slim smartphone.

In addition, this smartphone model is also equipped with 68W fast wired charging. For the global market, the starting price of the product is 799 euros or 699 pounds.

The device feels almost weightless in the hand, making it easy to hold while reading in bed or going for a morning run. The slim profile is also a key factor in the device's groundbreaking beauty.

Combining a premium aircraft-grade aluminum frame with a nylon-inspired finish, the Motorola Edge 70 exudes a modern yet warm, confident presence. The device is further enhanced by carefully selected Pantone colors and color accents around the camera lens—a new look for the Edge family.

In Vietnam, Edge 70 and 4 other smartphone models will be launched simultaneously at the Hello Moto event, marking Motorola's return on November 12.
