Accordingly, the Resolution stipulates the payment level for social assistance policy payment service organizations in the province. The subjects of application are organizations providing social assistance policy payment services; agencies, units, and organizations implementing social assistance policies in the province; other relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals.
The payment level for social assistance policy payment service organizations is calculated at 0.8% of the total amount paid to social protection beneficiaries. The funding source for implementation is from the local budget arranged according to decentralization.
The Resolution was passed by the 17th People's Council of Hoa Binh province, 26th session and took effect from April 13, 2025.
