Clearly identifying that the "Digital Education for All" movement is a key political task, directly affecting the comprehensive development of the locality, Muong Kim commune has focused on directing and synchronously issuing documents for timely implementation such as: Plan No. 04-KH/DU dated July 30, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee on implementing the "Digital Education for All" movement in Muong Kim commune; Plan No. 611/KH-UBND dated August 8, 2025 of the Commune People's Committee on comprehensively implementing the "Digital Education for All" movement in the commune; Decision No. 37/QD-UBND dated July 11, 2025 on establishing a Steering Committee for implementing community digital technology at the commune level for general coordination; Decision No. 38/QD-UBND dated July 11, 2025 on the establishment of Community Digital Technology Teams in 43 villages and residential areas, as the core force to directly guide people.

Directed more than 400 cadres, civil servants and public employees to participate in courses on the "Digital Popularization" portal. Directed schools in the area to integrate digital skills education , especially AI artificial intelligence skills in the general education program. On the other hand, when citizens come to the Party Committee headquarters, People's Committee, and the Commune Public Administration Service Center to conduct transactions, the staff and civil servants proactively guide people to install VNeID to carry out administrative procedures on the online public service portal; scan QR codes to look up information on areas of interest. At the same time, promote each person to use non-cash payment software on smartphones. Encourage each household to have at least one smart device: phone, computer, laptop, etc. In addition, the commune regularly coordinates with telecommunications units to ensure smooth and effective Internet connection.

Vi village cadres (Muong Kim commune) propagate the "Digital Education for All" movement to the people.

In addition, the cadres also installed VNeID to help me look up administrative procedure results quickly and easily without having to go to the commune many times like before. With many solutions actively implemented, up to now, the "Digital Education for All" movement in Muong Kim commune has achieved many results. In the first 10 months of the year, the commune posted nearly 40 news, articles, and propaganda videos on electronic information pages and social networks; organized 8 training sessions to support 220 poor people and ethnic minorities in the area to access and use digital platform services; 1,820 households were visited by the Community Digital Technology Team to popularize digital skills at home. Currently, the whole commune has over 80% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the public sector who have an understanding of digital transformation, digital knowledge and skills, and can use digital platforms and services for work; 90% of middle and high school students are equipped with digital knowledge and skills to serve learning, research and creativity, have safety skills in learning and social interaction in the digital environment; More than 70% of adults have basic knowledge of digital transformation, can use smart devices to exploit information, and use essential digital platforms and services.

This result is the driving force for Muong Kim commune to continue to widely spread the movement "Digital Education for All".
