Insider reported on June 6 that after winning $1 million in a scratch-off lottery, a 41-year-old woman in Florida joked with lottery officials that she would come back again. Two months later, the joke came true.
According to Florida lottery officials, Altovise Morris won two $1 million lottery prizes just two months apart.
"I still can't believe this happened," Morris said.

Morris won her first $1 million after playing the 500X The Cash game for $50 at a 7-Eleven in Winter Garden, Florida in November 2022.
In January 2023, Ms. Morris returned with another $1 million winning ticket.
The woman opted to take the lump sum, worth a total of $1.64 million in pre-tax winnings, and buy a new home.
According to Florida Lottery odds, the chances of winning $1 million in the 500X The Cash game twice would be 1 in 71,600,000,000 or approximately 0.00000000001395%.
