To accelerate and create breakthroughs, it is necessary to promptly remove difficulties, obstacles, and bottlenecks in the economic sector and policies to ensure that they contribute to promoting the socio-economic development of the capital.

The plan sets the target of GRDP increasing by 7.93% in the second quarter, 8.18% in the third quarter and 8.53% in the fourth quarter. At the same time, it sets out growth scenarios for economic sectors in 2025. Such as: agriculture, forestry and fishery; growth in the second quarter is 1.57%, in the third quarter is 4.37%, in the fourth quarter is 4.35%; Industry: growth in the second quarter is 6.98%, in the third quarter is 7.47%, in the fourth quarter is 7.47%; Services: growth in the second quarter is 8.62%, in the third quarter is 8.65%, in the fourth quarter is 8.93%...
