Regarding civil servant staffing, the Provincial People's Committee allocated a total of 3,096 positions (a reduction of 30 positions compared to 2024); of which, 21 provincial-level agencies were allocated 1,393 positions, and district-level People's Committees were allocated 1,703 positions.
For the staffing of public service units that are not self-sufficient in covering their operating expenses, and mass organizations assigned tasks by the Party and the State, the Provincial People's Committee has allocated a total of 29,997 positions.
Of these, 27,661 positions receive salaries from the state budget (a decrease of 37 positions compared to 2024); 2,309 positions receive salaries from revenue generated by the organization.
Specifically, specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee are allocated 8,356 personnel; units directly under the province: 292 personnel; provincial associations: 90 personnel; public service units and mass organizations assigned tasks at the district level by the Party and State: 21,204 personnel.
In addition to the above-mentioned staffing quota, in Decision No. 3058, the Provincial People's Committee allocated an additional 142 civil servant positions in public education and training institutions for the 2022-2023 school year and 151 positions for the 2023-2024 school year.
