Therefore, putting into use key traffic projects is considered to be extremely important for Nam Dinh province, increasing connectivity between economic zones in the province and with localities in the region.
At the same time, it shortens the time for goods circulation, creating favorable conditions to attract investment in industry and develop trade and services in the province. As a result, from 2021 to August 2024, the whole province has granted new investment registration certificates and adjusted capital increases for 256 projects with a total registered capital of more than 115,565 billion VND and 635.8 million USD (the total registered investment capital has exceeded the investment attraction target for the entire period of 2021-2025).
Highly appreciating the attractive plus point of the investment environment in Nam Dinh province, which is the key inter-regional connection traffic projects, Mr. Nguyen Van Kiem, General Director of Bao Minh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company, said that promoting investment in key traffic routes, connecting within the province as well as with the capital Hanoi, Hai Phong port and neighboring provinces and cities has created favorable conditions for businesses in traveling, transporting goods and connecting trade.

Modern transport infrastructure is identified as one of the three strategic breakthroughs of Nam Dinh province.
