Hanoi male student chased and slashed by a group of teenagers with weapons in the middle of the street

Thanh Xuan District Police ( Hanoi ) are investigating the case of a 10th grade male student being slashed multiple times with a weapon by a group of teenagers, causing injuries.

According to a representative of Thanh Xuan District Police, the initial cause was a conflict while playing soccer. Thanh Xuan District Police summoned the group of teenagers involved in the incident to take statements.

According to the victim's family's report, on the afternoon of December 1, NTH (born 2008, Hai Ba Trung district) sat on the back of a classmate's motorbike, traveling from Dam Hong soccer field (Khuong Dinh ward, Thanh Xuan district) to return home.

H. was slashed with many injuries on his body.

When arriving in front of the house number 69 Hoang Van Thai street, Khuong Dinh ward, H. was approached by a group of young men with weapons on 3 motorbikes. Of these, 3 subjects wore masks and sat on a SH motorbike to cover the license plate, the young man sitting at the back used a knife to slash H. many times. Not only slashing the back, the group of young men also drove ahead and continued to slash H.'s hand, causing the victim to lose a lot of blood.

The victim panicked and ran into a nearby barber shop to call for help and asked people to treat his wounds. After committing the crime, the group of young men with weapons continued to chase, curse, and threaten H's friends.

H. was taken to Hanoi Medical University Hospital for emergency treatment with many injuries such as a severed extensor tendon in his finger, a small fracture of his ulna, and a wound on his shoulder...

After the incident, H.'s family reported it to Khuong Trung Ward Police.

Thanh Xuan District Police are handling and investigating the case.
