10th grade male student beaten in school yard because... he picked up 10,000 VND

(Dan Tri) - Thanh Hoa City Police, Thanh Hoa Province summoned a male student who beat his friend in the school yard. The male student confessed that he beat his friend because of a conflict when he picked up a 10,000 VND bill.

On December 19, Thanh Hoa City Police, Thanh Hoa Province, summoned VTM (born 2008), residing in Xuan Giang Commune, Tho Xuan District, to clarify the act of beating his classmate, VVT (born 2009), grade 10, Thanh Hoa Industrial College.

At the police station, VTM confessed that at around 2:00 p.m. on December 17, M. picked up a 10,000 VND bill that VVT dropped in class.

After knowing that M. picked up the money, VVT asked for it back, however M. did not return it. At this point, a conflict arose between the two sides, and they cursed at each other. Then T. snatched the money back from M.'s hand.

At 5:00 p.m. the same day, after school, M. saw T. walking with his friends in the schoolyard. Out of anger over what had happened earlier, he jumped in and used his hands and feet to hit T., causing injury.

Previously, on social networks, an article was circulated with the content "Thanh Hoa Industrial College, just because of an eye irritation, a male student physically impacted a classmate on the way home from school", along with a clip recording the incident.

The clip has outraged public opinion, many people think that the act of beating a friend is school violence and needs to be dealt with severely as a deterrent.

Immediately after receiving the information, the Criminal Police Team of Thanh Hoa City Police and Dong Cuong Ward Police mobilized forces and urgently coordinated with relevant units to verify the incident.
