The person wearing blue protective gear dancing in the video above is Luu Hai Phong, a student majoring in Social Work at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City.

The video was filmed while Mr. Phong was assisting medical staff in collecting samples on July 20.

At that time, a little girl was taking a sample but was afraid of pain, making it difficult for the medical staff to take the sample. Mr. Phong stood in front of the girl, waving his hands back and forth so that the girl would focus on him without knowing that he was taking the sample.

Thanks to that cute dance move, the officer was able to take the baby's sample safely and quickly.

According to Mr. Phong, at first he only intended to dance for the baby to concentrate so that the medical staff could easily take samples, but unexpectedly his friend filmed that adorable moment and sent it to him.

After receiving the video, Mr. Phong also combined the music of the song "Ha con lang nang" and posted it on the social network Tik Tok. The video received many shares and comments from the online community.

Mr. Phong confided that at first he intended to incorporate the above song into the video to promote the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic, but he did not expect it to receive such attention from the online community.
