The goal of the Project "Making English the second language in schools for the period 2025 - 2035, with a vision to 2045" which the Prime Minister has just approved is that English is widely, regularly and effectively used in teaching, communication, management and educational activities of schools, forming an ecosystem of using English in educational institutions from level 1 to level 3.

In the new context, the teaching staff cannot stop making efforts to study and train.

According to the Ministry of Education and Training, by 2030, it is necessary to add about 12,000 preschool English teachers, nearly 10,000 primary school English teachers, and train at least 200,000 teachers capable of teaching in English to implement the strategy of making English the second language in schools.
With the explosion of AI tools, teachers today also face a difficult problem: How to get students to use AI properly - that is, to use it to learn, not to escape?
In bringing up the above current events, we would like to raise a practical issue today, teachers always need to constantly strive to learn. And standing on the podium does not mean stopping learning, especially in foreign languages and technology. So how can teachers learn effectively in foreign languages and technology?
