The training was attended by more than 300 people who are members of the Ward's Food Safety Steering Committee, representatives of residential groups, food businesses, processing establishments, collective kitchens... in the ward.
Here, delegates were informed of regulations on ensuring food safety for food processing and trading establishments; provisions on administrative sanctions for violations in food production and food service business; conditions for ensuring food safety for food service establishments and street food establishments; some common errors in food processing and preservation of establishments; possible consequences if food safety and hygiene regulations are not strictly followed...
The training session is an important starting point for the Food Safety Action Month in the ward. During this time, the ward will strengthen inter-sectoral inspections, strictly handle violations and promote propaganda through many forms.
