Mr. Nguyen Dang Hoang, a tourist from Ho Chi Minh City, said that Ninh Van has a simple and rustic beauty; it is a place worth experiencing after stressful working days.

Coming to Ninh Van, people can immerse themselves in nature with white sand, blue sea, beautiful rocky beaches and enjoy fresh seafood.

In addition, people can visit local markets to explore the culture of the fishing village people; or go catching snails, sea urchins, and octopus in the evening when the water recedes is also an interesting experience.

"Everything here is very peaceful, very cool and clean, the people are friendly and welcoming. Ninh Van is really quiet and has many beautiful natural sceneries, not many places have" - Mr. Hoang confided.

Developing community tourism model

Mr. Tra Van Hai - Chairman of Ninh Van Commune People's Committee - said: "The commune also wants to invest in tourism in the locality to create more jobs for people, develop the economy , and improve life. Currently, Ninh Van has been recognized by Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee as a place with potential for community tourism development".

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung - Head of the Department of Culture and Information of Ninh Hoa town - said the town is developing a training plan for households participating in the community tourism model.

According to him, Ninh Van has advantages such as the national relic of Ship No. C235, along with poetic natural landscapes, suitable for the community tourism model.

Tourists can also visit relics and scenic spots in Ninh Van, participate in the production and harvesting of garlic and peanuts with local people...

To preserve the natural landscape intact, Ninh Van is not invested in commercial construction.

"The locality supports equipment, skills to welcome guests, management... to ensure the criteria of community tourism. It is expected that in May 2024, the People's Committee of Ninh Hoa town will announce the community tourism model in Ninh Van in accordance with the orientation of the province and the town," said Mr. Hung.

Ninh Van fishing village is located in Ninh Van island commune, on Hon Heo peninsula (Ninh Hoa town, Khanh Hoa). It is surrounded by Hon Heo range with three mountains: Tien Du 776m high, Hon Heo about 819m high and Phu Mai Nha 714m high.

From the center of Nha Trang city, visitors travel along 2 Thang 4 street - National Highway 1A to the North. When arriving at Ninh Da ward (Ninh Hoa town), turn onto National Highway 26B to the East and continue along Provincial Road 652D.
