Real Estate Management is a field of study that provides basic knowledge to carry out real estate management and business. If studying at university, after 4 years, graduates will be awarded a bachelor's degree in real estate and will have basic, modern knowledge of economics and business administration; in-depth knowledge of business administration and state management of real estate.

The training objective of the real estate industry not only focuses on equipping professional knowledge suitable for market economic conditions and international integration, but also pays special attention to educating ideology, ethics, sense of organization and discipline, responsibility to society, creative scientific thinking, initiative and independence in all working positions in the field of business and state management of land and real estate market.

What do you study in real estate?

There are many schools that offer real estate training and each school has its own unique curriculum. Basically, the curriculum is designed to meet international standards and integration.

According to a survey of schools that offer real estate training, graduates have participated deeply and widely in all areas of this field. Many graduates have held key positions in corporations, investment, business and real estate consulting companies (about 50%); are working at state management agencies for land and real estate from central to local levels (about 20%); banks, financial companies, investment funds (about 20%) and research institutes, universities and colleges across the country (about 10%).
