Nghe An allocates additional 396 billion VND for the National Target Program on New Rural Construction

On the afternoon of September 11, the People's Council of Nghe An province, term XVIII, 2021 - 2026, held the 15th Session - Special Session.

Comrades: Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council co-chaired the meeting.

Attending the meeting were comrades: Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, delegates of the Provincial People's Council.

Accordingly, the additional allocation of the development investment capital plan is 396,029 billion VND, of which domestic capital is 153.97 billion VND and foreign capital is 242,059 billion VND (ODA capital borrowed from ADB to implement the Investment Program for developing the grassroots health network).

Regarding domestic capital sources, the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns: Thai Hoa, Hoang Mai are allocated 100.47 billion VND according to the principles and criteria specified in Resolution 06/2022/NQ-HDND dated June 24, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council.

At the same time, allocate additional resources to Que Phong district, striving to achieve the goal of eliminating the district with "no new rural communes" by 2025, which is 25 billion VND.

At the same time, the Provincial People's Council resolved to allocate 28.5 billion VND to implement the Central's pilot models; of which, the capital allocation to implement the model of "processing OCOP products from peanuts associated with certified and traceable raw material areas" in Dien Thinh commune, Dien Chau district is 15 billion VND; the capital allocation to build a pilot model of a district-level safe agricultural product purchasing and supply center in Nghia Dan district is 13.5 billion VND.

The Provincial People's Council also resolved to allocate foreign capital plan to implement the investment project to develop the grassroots health network in Nghe An province under the Investment Program to develop the grassroots health network in difficult areas for the period 2021-2025 at VND 242,059 billion, and VND 121,030 billion in 2023 alone.
